Kyon Soon Rijnders, Advocaat bij Cordemeyer & Slager.

Kyong Soon studied law at Leiden University and graduated in Sociology at the University of Amsterdam. She began her legal career at Boekel De Neree (now Dentons), where she worked for five years as an attorney in a broad corporate advisory and litigation practice. She then transitioned into the corporate sector, where she held various legal leadership roles, most recently as General Counsel and Ethics and Compliance Officer at Capgemini.

Kyong Soon specializes in Corporate Law, ICT Law, and Privacy. She has experience advising on and implementing new (European) legislation such as the GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and the AI Act, drafting and negotiating IT and IT outsourcing contracts, and handling privacy-related matters. In addition, she has experience with the sale of companies or business units, restructurings and post-merger integrations, as well as managing disputes and litigation.

Kyong Soon Rijnders is registered in the legal practice areas register of the Dutch Bar Association for the following main (and sub) areas of law: General Legal Practice, Civil Law. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points each calendar year in each registered main area of law in accordance with the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Kyong Soon has been employed at Cordemeyer & Slager / Advocaten since December 1, 2025.
